iOS Shortcuts
CrossPaste integrates deeply with iOS Shortcuts (Siri Shortcuts), providing 7 App Intent actions that let you automate clipboard workflows. This is a Pro feature.

Siri Voice Commands
You can trigger any of the above actions hands-free with Siri. Just say:
- "Search clipboard in CrossPaste"
- "Write to clipboard with CrossPaste"
- "Get my latest text clipboard from CrossPaste"
- "Get my latest URL from CrossPaste"
- "Get my latest image from CrossPaste"
- "Get my latest file from CrossPaste"
- "Save clipboard with CrossPaste"
Recommended Shortcut Combos
CrossPaste provides several ready-made shortcut combos that you can add directly from the app. Go to Settings → Shortcuts → Recommended Shortcuts to find them.
Open Latest Link
Get the latest URL from your clipboard and open it in your browser automatically.
Save Latest File Locally
Get the latest file from your clipboard and save it to the Files app.
Save Latest Image to Album
Get the latest image from your clipboard and save it to Photos.
Custom Shortcuts
You can build your own shortcuts in the Shortcuts app:
- Open the Shortcuts app.
- Tap "+" to create a new shortcut.
- Tap Add Action.
- Search for CrossPaste.
- Select and configure the desired action.
- Combine with actions from other apps to build powerful workflows.
Automation Examples
1. Open Notes → Auto Get Latest Text
Automatically copy your latest text to the clipboard when you open Notes.
- Open the Shortcuts app > Automation tab.
- Create a new App trigger.
- Select Notes > Is Opened.
- Add the Get Latest Text action from CrossPaste.
- Add a Copy to Clipboard action.
2. Daily Scheduled Clipboard Save
Automatically save whatever is on your clipboard at a specific time each day.
- Open the Shortcuts app > Automation tab.
- Create a new Time of Day trigger.
- Set the time (e.g., 18:00).
- Add the Save Clipboard action from CrossPaste.
3. Search Before Sharing
Search your clipboard history before sharing content.
- Create a new shortcut manually.
- Add an Ask for Input action.
- Add the Search Clipboard action from CrossPaste, using the input as the keyword.
- Add a Choose from List action to select a result.
- Add a Copy to Clipboard action.
