CrossPaste Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing CrossPaste. We want you to be satisfied with our product. If you are not happy with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund under the following circumstances:
- Within 7 Days of Purchase: If you are unsatisfied with the product within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund with no questions asked.
- Functional Issues: If the product has a critical functional defect that prevents you from using its core features, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a refund.
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase, we will refund the extra charge.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase (except for functional issues).
- Refund requests due to change of personal preference or no longer needing the product (after the 7-day refund period).
- Account restrictions resulting from violations of our Terms of Service.

5. Subscription Cancellation
If you have purchased a subscription:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, and no further charges will be incurred.
- After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds will be provided for past billing cycles.
