CrossPaste Terms of Service
Welcome to CrossPaste (crosspaste.com)! CrossPaste (crosspaste.com) is operated by Shenzhen Compile Future Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'SCF'). SCF provides services to users through CrossPaste in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, which has contractual legal effect between the user and SCF. SCF particularly reminds users to read and fully understand each clause of this agreement, especially those involving the exemption or limitation of SCF's liability, restrictions on user rights, dispute resolution, and applicable law. Please read the following Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) carefully before using our services. By using our application, you agree to and accept these Terms.
1. Service Description
CrossPaste is a cross-platform pasteboard sharing application that supports seamless synchronization of pasteboard content between Mac, Windows, and Linux systems. The main features of the application include real-time synchronization, end-to-end encryption, support for various pasteboard contents, automatic cleaning, and compatibility with mainstream software.
2. Open Source License
The CrossPaste desktop program is open-sourced under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3. You can visit our GitHub page to view the source code and obtain more information. Under this license, you are free to run, study, modify, and distribute the software, provided that you comply with the terms of the AGPL.
3. Software Copyright
CrossPaste has obtained software copyright protection in China. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited, and violators will be prosecuted according to the law.
4. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to use the CrossPaste application in any illegal or unauthorized manner, including but not limited to:
a) Violating any applicable laws or regulations
b) Transmitting any malicious software or viruses
c) Attempting unauthorized data transmission and access
5. Intellectual Property
Except for the open-source parts, CrossPaste retains all rights, ownership, and interests in the application, including all related intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the application without our written consent.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the application at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. If you violate these Terms, your use privileges may be immediately terminated or suspended.
7. Disclaimer
The CrossPaste application is provided "as is." We do not make any express or implied warranties regarding the performance, reliability, or suitability of the application. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
8. Modifications
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The modified Terms will take effect upon publication. Please regularly review these Terms to stay informed of any updates.
