Import & Export — Your Clipboard Data, Never Lost

Back up and restore your clipboard history with CrossPaste's import and export feature. This is a Pro feature.

Export

Export your clipboard data to a local file for safekeeping:

• Filter by type: Choose which paste types to include in the export.
• Filter by tag: Export only items with specific tags.
• File size limit: Set a maximum file size for the export.
• Real-time progress: Monitor the export progress as it runs.
• Exported data is saved locally on your device.

Import

Restore previously exported data back into CrossPaste:

• Smart merge: Duplicate items are automatically skipped, and tags are restored.
• Steps:
  1. Tap Import and select the export file.
  2. CrossPaste scans and merges the data.
  3. Review the import summary when complete.

Security
