  1. Open System Settings > System > Keyboard (path may vary by device).
  2. Find and enable CrossPaste Keyboard.
  3. When prompted, confirm to enable the keyboard.

Security note

The CrossPaste Keyboard does not collect any input. It only displays your clipboard history for quick insertion. Your keystrokes are never recorded or transmitted.

Switch to CrossPaste Keyboard

When typing in any app, tap the keyboard switcher icon in the Android navigation bar to switch between your main keyboard and the CrossPaste Keyboard.

Usage

  • Tap any clipboard item to insert it at the current cursor position.
  • Supports both text and image insertion.
  • The bottom row includes backspace, space, and enter keys for basic editing.

Scenarios

  • Customer service replies: Quickly insert pre-saved reply templates.
  • Form filling: Paste addresses, emails, phone numbers without switching apps.
  • Code snippets: Insert frequently used code blocks while working in a mobile editor.
  • Cross-app content transfer: Move content between apps without leaving the current input field.

Notes
